At INDY Sunglasses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new frames. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Package

  Ensure the sunglasses are securely packed in their protective case and drop the package off at any authorized mail carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
